Welcome to Mobile Nanny! Let's get started. This page will allow you to create your Mobile Nanny trial version or full version username in four easy steps. Please read the instructions carefully for each step. In the case of any difficulty, please visit our help desk. We are here to resolve any issue you may have.

If you purchased Mobile Nanny and need to convert your trial account to a full account, fill out all fields below and enter your current username and password. Insert the registration number given to you upon purchase. Your trial version account will then be converted to a full version account and the restriction on your account will be lifted.

Step 1 of 4: Login Information

Please select a Username and Password which will be used to associate your phone with the Mobile Nanny system. The username field MUST contain letters and/or numbers only. No spaces or symbols or your phone will not upload! The password field can contain symbols.

Your username should be something that you can remember easily. Please note your entries somewhere safe before proceeding to the next step.

Step 2 of 4: Registration Number

Upon ordering you should have received a registration number for each license purchased. Please use "Copy" and "Paste" to copy the registration number from your order email. Then paste it to the registration number field below to replace the 0000-0000-0000.

NOTES: Make sure there are no spaces at the end of your registration number. If you have multiple licenses, then you will create a separate username for each license. If you have not purchased, leave 0000-0000-0000 in the field to create a trial version account.

Please enter your email address below. We store this information on our secure server and do not sell or share it with any third party. This information will only be used in case you forget your password or request support for Mobile Nanny. You must enter your VALID email address to register your account.
